Shaffer’s Goldrush, Inc. warrants that the product sold is of adequate quality and of good concentration at the time it leaves Shaffer’s Goldrush, Inc. Shaffer’s Goldrush, Inc. makes no other guarantees, warranties or representations, either written or oral, expressed or implied, and specifically makes no guarantees concerning conception rate, how long sperm will live, and will not be liable of the product or any condition developing in any herd after semen is introduced.

In the event that any of our products are damaged in shipment or determined to be defective, then Shaffer’s Goldrush, Inc. has the option to replace or refund the purchase price and shall not extend to any other claim or liability. In no event shall Shaffer’s Goldrush, Inc. be liable for consequential damages.
